Welcome to Salt Creek Miniature Donkeys where we breed quality, friendly donkeys. Miniature donkeys make great companions and are enjoyable for all ages, from showing to carting. Small children can ride them or you can have them just for the FUN of it. We have several colors to choose from; including black, sorrel, gray and spots.
Donkeys like lots of love and attention; therefore, they are very people friendly. Donkeys are basically easy to care for and maintain. They need water, grass hay in the winter, mineral block and occasionally a little sweet feed for a treat. They also require a schedule of deworming and hoof trims. Miniature donkeys bond, therefore they do not like to be alone. It is always best for miniature donkeys to have a companion.
